There are a few things in Second Life more dangerous than telling myself, “I’ll just sit down and read for a little while.” Because somehow, “a little while” turns into an entire afternoon of turning pages, sipping something sweet, and completely ignoring the outside world. And today, I have company.
Meet my tiny supervisor, currently perched proudly on my shoulder like she owns the place. Which, let's be honest, she probably does. Every now and then she gives my cheek a tiny nudge, as if to say, “Are you nearly finished?” Nope. Not even close.
The book gets another page. The cat gets another cuddle. I get another cup of tea. Purrfect.
